T3.Art offers original artworks. Listed prices are indicative in euros and include VAT where required by law, unless stated otherwise. A request via the form is an enquiry, not an automatic purchase. A contract is formed only when we send a written quote and you accept it.
Quotes include shipping to the address you provide, where possible. Delivery time, carrier and any extra costs (customs, remote area) are stated in the quote before you accept. Payment methods are confirmed in the quote. Ownership passes after full payment. Risk of loss passes on delivery to you or to the carrier, as stated in the quote and as required by consumer law.
If you buy as a consumer at a distance (online), you generally have 14 calendar days after receiving the artwork to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email info@t3art.com with your name, order/quote reference and the artwork title, or use the wording “I withdraw from the contract for [artwork]”. After withdrawal you have 14 days to return the work. Return shipping costs are for your account unless we failed to inform you of that before purchase. We refund the purchase price including outbound shipping within 14 days after we receive the work or proof of return, using the same payment method where possible.
The 14-day right may not apply if the work was made to your specifications or clearly personalised. If we do not inform you correctly about withdrawal, the period can extend up to 12 months plus 14 days. EU consumers: from 19 June 2026 a clearly visible online withdrawal function may also be required. Until a dedicated button is live, email remains the contact route; add a visible “Withdraw from contract here” form if you sell to EU consumers on a regular basis.
Consumer buyers in the EU/EEA have the legal guarantee that the artwork conforms to the contract. For goods this is at least two years from delivery. This is separate from any extra courtesy offered by T3.Art.
We process personal data only to answer quote requests and, if you buy, to deliver and invoice. Data collected via the form: name, email, phone (optional), address, country, message and the artwork you asked about. The form is sent through FormSubmit to info@t3art.com. Hosting: Netlify. Images: Cloudflare R2. Those providers process data as processors or independent controllers according to their own terms.
Legal bases: taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. We keep enquiry data as long as needed for the quote and legal administration, then delete or archive it. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Essential hosting and form delivery may set strictly necessary cookies. If you later add tracking (Google Analytics, pixels), a consent banner is required first.
All images and texts on this website are owned by T3.Art / the artist and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. We may correct prices, availability and descriptions if there is an obvious error. These notes do not override mandatory consumer rights.
